Returns

You have the right to cancel your online order [through our web shop] no later than 14 days after receipt without giving any reason. You still have 14 days after the cancellation to return your product. After that you will be credited for the full value of the order and shipping costs. You only pay the cost of return shipping from you to us. If you exercise your right of withdrawal, the product must be returned to us with all delivered accessories in its original condition, i.e. in its original packaging, shrink-wrapped and unopened. We do not take back opened packages and will not refund them.

You may use the attached form to submit your cancellation. We will refund the order amount due to you within 14 days of receiving the goods. You will then also be notified of the return address.

Note: The right of withdrawal can only be exercised for sealed products and applies only to products from our webshop. If the seal has been removed, the goods cannot be returned.
