This is due to the powerful combination of sleep coaching, hypnosis and trauma therapy. We work on different levels and do not limit ourselves to one focus point, as is often the case with, for example, your family doctor. This is usually symptom relief and not a structural solution to your problem.

For example, we have a data analyst on our team who uses the right (biometric) equipment and diagnostics to show you what's really important if you want to sleep well. It's not the standard things you can read on your smartwatch whether you slept well and how the quality of your sleep is, those are very different things that are important to assess how restorative your sleep is.
