Sleep deprivation is a misunderstood problem
The price of sleep deprivation is €12.4 billion in the Netherlands and €8.3 billion in Belgium. Based solely on productivity loss. But the invisible price is much higher still as a result of mistakes at work, traffic accidents or medical errors, for example.
Sleep deprivation is everywhere
Sleep is a prerequisite for excellent performance. In fact, sleep is more important than food and exercise combined. Without good sleep, you make poor decisions, make mistakes at work, are a risk on the road, and are even 40% more likely to suffer sports injuries.
Sleep deprivation costs your business money, lots of money!
An employee who sleeps an average of 6 to 7 hours is absent 3.7 more days per year. An employee who sleeps an average of 6 hours or less is 6.0 more days absent per year. While the productivity loss due to presenteeism can be as much as 70%. Presenteeism is the opposite of absenteeism: that is, people showing up to work with sleep deprivation or even sick.

The efficiency of sleep is great
Sports teams pay millions of dollars for extremely expensive players, on whom they unleash all possible medical care and nutrition expertise to improve their performance. All its effects are diminished many times over if a team fails to keep an eye on that one ingredient: the players' sleep. How is that with your team of employees?
We help your organization make sleep deprivation understandable and negotiable
Where should you start to improve your sleep? And how do you make sleep deprivation negotiable? But also: what tools can you use to improve the sleep of yourself, your team and your employees?
"Floris conducted a Supersleep workshop at our VeReFi Summer Market. His story hit like a bomb. Nobody expected that sleeping badly has such disastrous effects. Floris knows how to captivate his audience with his energy, enthusiasm, humor and appealing anecdotes. We received so many enthusiastic reactions that we would like to offer him a stage more often to get his message across. In addition, it is also very nice to work with Floris."

Workshops, master classes and tools specifically designed to achieve that deep, restorative night's sleep.
A unique concept in Europe that combines all facets of sleep for unprecedented life energy, fun and success.
Inspiration Workshops
The Supersleeping workshop is a practical 1-hour session covering the most important tips in the field of sleep and the latest insights from (medical) science. With practical examples, essential basic and advanced knowledge in the field of sleep, nutrition and exercise is conveyed.
Masterclass Supersleeping
Here we go one step further than the workshop. In a 3-hour session, participants are taken on a journey of discovery in the field of sleep. Participants get surprising insights about the factors that are most decisive for a good night's sleep. And how they can immediately apply this to their own situation.
Digital Coach Program
The Supersleep Digital Coach Program helps employees greatly improve their sleep quality in a fun and approachable way. It uses the latest technology in learning, increasing knowledge retention and behavior change 50 percent.
Partnerships
We collaborate with numerous companies and experts to share our knowledge about sleep. Think about setting up validated sleep tests, challenges for employees, or campaigns to make sleep deprivation negotiable, for example. We guide this process from A to Z and this is always customized.
"Floris has made an impressive turnaround. Not only professionally, but also as a human being. Where before the financial end goal was mainly the focus, now the focus is on the process. The process of turning people into 'Super Sleepers'. The enthusiasm with which Floris does that is pleasantly contagious. And thus he brings his clients' final goals closer. Because everything in life starts with a good night's sleep. Quantitatively and qualitatively. Floris lards his story with humor, a relativizing wink and with that he achieves exactly what is intended: "dear listeners, take your sleep really seriously!". Floris, we are going to meet a lot more often. After all, there is still much (common) work to be done! "

Do you also want employees with unprecedented life energy?
"I have enjoyed working with Floris on De Amersfoortse's Sleep campaign with tremendous pleasure. Floris is someone who conveys the importance of sleep with great energy and enthusiasm and succeeds in doing so. The way Floris passionately conveys his story is admirable. As a result, the theme of sleep was visibly perceived much better and led to nice conversions. Partly because of Floris, our campaign has become a great success!"
